Indeed, over 50 people attended the last Nepali New Year Celebration for the year 2055.Theseget-togethers seemed to be enjoyed by everyone.Apart from festival celebrations, the Aussie BBQ in the Linear Park has become one of our favorite pastimes. Linear Park has also become to familiarise delegates, visitors and incoming students with Aussie flare (outside activities). It is nice to see our social gatherings well attended and people enjoying each other. Dashain is the most important special event each year. This time we had a very big gathering and we kept our tradition of organizing Tika and Jamara. Arjun Acharya and Rajesh Shrestha and Rabindra Khatri deserve a special mention for this year’s Dashain celebration for their preparation for the day .
